I have a theory, but I won’t speculate just yet.
In my understanding, site id is number space where are no gaps(?), that is guessing always leads to existing site. And picking one doesn’t open anything to anyone without access rights.
That said, there should be a field in forum profile where people could put their site id(s) and personnel could use them without asking and waiting an answer. And that field could only be visible for personnel as nobody else has access to them anyway, just for extra safety measure.
Additional info: Cerbo was installed on Dec 2022, so it was mine longer than 2 years (even if the seller sold me used, which I hope did not happen)

If you had it from December 2022, there are many months before you got it that were “2 years ago”
The most likely explanation isn’t that it’s “used” as such but that it was taken out of the box and connected to their test system for some reason or another (could have been an important firmware update, or verify that it wasn’t affected by an issue with a batch notification, or something).
Let me clarify. The problem appear today, this device was not there 1-2 weeks ago when I edited the advanced dashboard.
Why I mentioned when I installed Cerbo: as you see from my screen it says “last seen 2 years ago”. So even if the seller tested it on their installation before giving Cerbo to me it is already more than 2 years due from that date. So I don’t think the reason is in seller tests (or I might be wrong).
From December 2022 until present, August 2024, are less than 2 years… In December this year will be 2 years.
You are right, Im bad at math. In Ukraine, it’s one year for two, time goes at the other speed.
