2 Phase 127V to 1 phase 220 and zero using an isolation transformer

Is it correct that when I connect 2 phases (127V each) to the input of the isolation transformer, that I get 220V and a zero on the output?

The voltage between the 2 phases is 220V

It depends on how you configure the transformer:

The intend is to configure the unit to have 230 V in and connect phase 1 (127V) to L and phase 2 (127V) to N . That will give 220- 230 V output
