1Phase Victron system confused with multi phase measurement with ET340

I have a 1phase Victron system (MultiplusII + Fronius on the ACinput) with following configuration:

and ET340:

My problem is, when device (like hob) which I have on the phase3 will switch on - complete victron system is confused. It’s trying to send energy to phase1, where is installed and makes a feed in :

Is there any chance that victron system doesn’t take care on the phase 2 and 3 and will look only on the phase 1 ?

Phase2 and phase3 I’m using only for house consumption measurement to have complete overview.

Settings → Multi phase regulation → individual phase

I have :

but system is still working with all phases

Please describe you system a bit better.
What components do you have exactly?
Is the Fronius 1-phase or 3-phase? If 1-phase at which phase is it connected?

Looks like you also have a MPPT in your system.
Is AC and DC feed-in activated?

The ET340 is not recommended as grid meter, you should use an EM540 there:

It’s one phase system. All is on the phase1. Multiplus II, On the ac input of multiplus is Fronius and there is also mppt + battery pylontech.
Grid measurement is done via ET340 as described
AC and DC feed-in isn’t activated:

Is the Fronius configured to be controlled to 0-feed-in by the Victron system?
(see ESS manual)

I guess the feed-in you see on L1 is coming from the Fronius.
Try to turn off the Fronius and see what happens.

yes, configuration is correct.
When I will change ET340 configuration

to single phase, it’s working correctly on the phase1, but phase2 and phase3 information is missing.

fronius setup:

looks correct as in the manual

Any idea why individual phase regulation doesn’t work ?
ESS still count L1+L2+L3 = 0
But this I doesn’t want

Is there anybody from Victron to answer ?
For me it’s a SW BUG

Thank you
