100/30 in BULK but no charging

Hello, I am happy user of victron 100/30 MPPT charger for over 4 years. My installation is as follows:

3x series SZ-200-36M panels (200W 10.7A 18.7V) - panels at vertical position on a wall

8x series LiFePO4 (24V battery) 280Ah

1600W inverter 24/230V HSI2416

Recently I discovered that my victron MPPT charger is for the last few days in the BULK mode when the sun is up and the current delivered to the battery is always 0. The battery BMS is ready to take charge (I confirm that with external power supply). The voltage setting of the victron is 27.5V for bulk (battery is at 26V). Set charging current is full 30A. State of the victron charger is BULK. Sun is at full power. Short circuit of the panels are more than 5A at the moment. Victron is seeing the accurate battery voltage and solar panels voltage, but nothing is going to the battery or load. I tried reset to defaults but it not help. Any suggestions? Thanks

is there a way to re flash firmware even when the current one is up to date to check out possible firmware bug or is there any way to get more diagnostic data out of it ? Frankly Im out of ideas.
