XS1400 in promaster van with 24v system

My xs1400 shows as discharging in my 24v lithium system. I’ve been through the ringer with tech support and they have no clue. Everything is configured correctly, but it’s like the cerbo sees the voltage as an export to the starter battery. Google says there should also be a way to seperate it from the screen and title it “alternator”, and this should fix it, but i cant find it anywhere. I guess the main question is, “Is the xs1400 capable in showing itself as a device on the cerbo gx that is a charger?” Tech support tells me no. That it is just a victron thing. But when i ask "why does my battery system deplete rapidly while the engine is running?v i get told, “we are going to send you a new shunt.” No. Thats not gonna fix it. Anybody want to dive into this one with me?

How about a schematic? and a photo of the installation? Then maybe someone here will have some ideas.

It’s in the manual. Page 26 (29 of the pdf).

I figured it out late last night… Unfortunately with the help of google ai. I didn’t realize i made a ground loop by grounding my battery bank to the vehicle on the battery side of the shunt. Nobody caught it. Lol. I moved the ground and boom, the alternator box popped up and everything works perfectly. Thanks!
