workshop and test system in france

hello
this is my system witch is not the most simple !
i used somme old panel , my homme is in the forest so it’s not easy to found some place with full sun and my roof is not the most easy to!
i have 2 mppt 150/35, one mptt rs450/100, one fornius galvo 1.5, one multiplus II 5kVA, a victron battery bank 330Ah with a lynx bms and a EV charging station. i added one orion 48/24 for my water pump, one orion 48/12 for my internet box and a gx tank for my tank level.

so my homme befor installing the pannels:

the est roof now

the south pannels waiting for a structure !

and 4 pannels on the top of the west roof

inside we have:

inside the byd box there’s 4 330Ah lithium battery

as it’s a test and training system i often make some modification so there’s some cable witch could be organise beter

the protection was disign after discussions with the consuel (french control organisation) to ensure that the system complies with legislation

i used this systeme for testing beta firmware, for node red and modbus demonstation, and for training to show the different possibilité of the victron systeme !

Nice system. May I ask which fuses the consuel require? And are there further specific French protection requirements?

all line connected to the dc bus need to be cut and protect (- and +) so you can used breaker or fused witch switch but you need to resp.ect the max Icu and most of time, a mega fuse is not enough.
in my case i use schneider breaker 20kA !

Thanks. I think it is well known that the Mega fuses are not suitable for LIFePO4 batteries. In my case I have class T fuses (only +), which are suitable for the Icu.

@thierry_cortassa you wrote “all line connected to the dc bus need to be cut and protect (- and +)”. Is this applicable for the battery and PV or only battery or only PV?

both, but the battery switch and pv switch are considered as emergency disconnections and must therefore be accessible. The other disconnections may be at the back of a cupboard for exemple !

@thierry_cortassa I expect you were allowed to use Megafuses in France for your MultiPlus. Or do they use another fuse for that in France?

most of time no, we have to used breaker (icu 20kA) or nh fused like this one;https://www.dfelectric.fr/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/fusibles-nh000-ar.jpg
we can used t fuse to but it’s not the eaier to found

the probleme with the lynx is that we protect only the + and we need to protect + and -
