When Device Solaredge is Running in throttled mode, multiplus 2 doesn't charge at full speed

Everytime our solar inverter is charing at it’s max speed which is 5kw (and gives status (Throttled)). The multiplus2 8kva does not charge at full speed. I feel like this is software and it is not limited to only DESS. When changing the DESS to ESS, and I change the desired ac input at 6.4kw it still only takes in an additional 300W. Instead of maximising the charger.

Could some Victron engineer please take a look at it, because even when we turn on 5kw of devices we do not actually charge the batteries from the grid. It really feels like a bug and not a setting.

It really looks like the status of the pv inverter changes the charger speed of the mp2. Is this true?

I’m currently running v552 on the mp2 and v3.54 on the cerbo.

Okay, i’m sorry I misunderstood. What would you suggest is my best course of action in this situation? Get in touch with Victron support?

I guess the solution was to contact support from victron directly. Thanks for more or less giving me that idea:)
