Quattro 48V 3000W 120V inverter charger hooked up to a Cerbo GX. Input from shore (L1) and from generator (L2). System overview in VRM logs and displays generator input data but not shore connect data. All inputs are selected and system overview shows the input values, just doesn’t graph it. No icon for shore power is displayed in the legend. I can create a custom widget that graphs both L1 and L2 data.
Update after system has been running a few days. Still no graphing for Shore (AC1). Contacted Victron dealer who sold me the gear for help. Still waiting.
Does anyone know what a reboot would affect?

Performed reboot to no affect.
Spoke with Victron dealer and provided access to system for review. They contacted and collaborated with US Victron rep who acknowledged the issue but said they would not/could not do anything to correct.
Went down the rabbit hole of Venus OS, open source code, MQQT…all way beyond my capacity. What I got out of the journey is that for the more educated IT type it appears that it would be a fairly simple (ha ha) fix to get the historical data to be graphed in the system overview graph, as well as nearly limitless other options due to open-source nature of the OS. Victron level of support to fix the code so their system does what it’s supposed to do is disappointing. My dealer said that their experience with Victron has been one of arrogance and reticence as their system can’t be flawed and a special lack of desire to support US based customers. Great

The rabbit hole also tells me there are probably many out here using Victron systems that are probably smart enough to be able to help fix this minor problem are members of this users group. I hope someone here fits that description and is willing to help!
