There seems to be a problem with the longer solar forecast
Hi @Sarowe1990 , this is fixed now!
Thanks…at first glance, it looks better. I’ll take a closer look this evening. I have one more question/request. For almost a year now, various discussions have been going on about how to incorporate time-variable grid charges into the DESS purchase formula. It’s been repeatedly stated that this is on the to-do list, but unfortunately, nothing has happened so far. I’ve relied somewhat on Victron, and it will be up and running for me starting October 1st. I’m actually a little disappointed.
Great to have more countries joining in. Perhaps it will increase the development priority. We have had time variable grid charges in Finland since at least the 80’s. Not having a setting for time variable charges is an issue for many Victron users here. Many resort to using workarounds, such as allowing charge only during night tariff.
Ich weiß dass es das in Finnland schon länger gibt und ihr wartet. umso trauriger ist es das es das nicht schon längst gibt. Grüße von der anderen Seite der Ostsee.
I know this has been around in Finland for a while, and you’ve been waiting. It’s all the more sad that it hasn’t been around for a long time. Greetings from the other side of the Baltic Sea.
For me, it’s an opportunity to use the DESS much more effectively. These discounted network charge periods represent a 30% price reduction.
“Last 2 days” is yesterday (from 0:00) and today (now)
“Last 48h” is 48h back from now
Thanks!
So, “Last 2 days” could be anything from 24 to 48 hours, depending on when (as in the hour of) today…
I suppose that’ll work too. Good thing that we don’t launch rockets… ![]()
