We now have Google Pixel phones running Android 17 in our household. My phone is a Pixel 9 I’ve had for over a year and my partner just had a new Pixel 10, also running Android 17.

It’s now not possible to refresh VRM by pulling down from the top of the screen. This was possible with Android 16. We both have to now close the VRM app and reopen it again to get VRM to refresh and display “realtime” in the top LH corner.

I’ve been using a VRM widget on my home screen for quite a while, but I’ve discovered that it only interacts with our VRM account when I’m using it connected via our home WiFi network.
When away from home and using an LTE 4 or 5G connection, the widget doesn’t work and won’t connect with our VRM account. I have to abandon using the widget and directly open the VRM app to be able to interact with our system.
Can you kindly look into both of these issues please.
