I am unsure why the site Dashboard has changed on VRM. According to the technician and myself, no changes were made.
At the moment, the site Dashboard view does not show power flow, and I also cannot access Remote Console or the Controls menu on the top right anymore. What could have changed that caused this?
I am the Admin user on the site, with one Technician, and the client as a User. See attached image of the site as it is currently (No Remote Console, live flows, etc), and an example of a similar site and how the Dashboard should display.
Any advice would be appreciated.
