See example of notifications below. They are missing the name and even id of the alarm.

It’s not until you fully load the app can you see what device is causing the alarm. Is this a bug? Are these notifications configurable?

Hi Gregg,
There is nothing configurable from the users end, and on our end we are also quite restricted. Though I will pass on this bug report.
I see more info on my iOS notifications, so perhaps something can be done.
I received the following notification:
It contains the text “This insta…”
Ooh! I wonder what the rest of that sentence says! I’ll rotate the screen to “Landscape” orientation.

Nope. The notifications rotate with the screen.
I’ll expand the notification:
By crikey. That doesn’t help, either. The “PROBLEM” text disappears altogether.
I’ll try clicking on the notification:
Hm. I suppose the notification was probably related to one of these items in the list of “Alarm logs”.
But which one?
