VM-3P75CT lost connection

Hi everyone,

the VM-3P75CT in my installation stopped working and lost its connection to the Cerbo GX. The status LED on the device is also off. I checked the wires and the LAN connection and everything is fine. Also the small fuse was fine.
As a quick replacement I installed a EM24 which is planned for the heat pump and is working fine.
Is there anything I can do to bring it to life again? Are there any known issues?

Might want to try hard rest of the device and see if it springs into life see vid below

Hi, thank you very much for your reply! It took me some time to get to the device because it is a few hours away. I did the hard reset like it is shown in your video, but it did not change anything. In contrast to the video the status led on my device is always off. So it seems to be dead.
Is there anything else I could try?

Silly question have you checked that the device is receiving neutral and live via a tester?
