Visualisation of digital inputs on the Switch Pane

Hi,

Is there any possibility to visualise the digital inputs on the Switch Pane in the Remote Console? As far as I can see only the digital outputs or relays or PWM output can be shown. But to view the digital inputs state I have to leave the switch pane and go to Settings→Devices and then view the inputs.

It would be very convenient to be able to include the inputs on the Switch Pane (even though they will be ‘read-only’) because some of them may be ‘linked’ to some outputs. For example I can close the door using the relay and I would like to see the door state in the same place. Or I could activate a house alarm and see if it has been activated.

Thank you

Michal

Hi, and this would be a useful improvement!

Ideally add a “STATE” tab to the “LEVELS” page, that way, it’s easy to flick sideways to LEVELS, then hit either “TANKS”, “ENVIRONMENT” or the new “STATE” page, and any decrete logic state could be displayed here, and also on VRM

I have a engine run signal from my vehicle i use to enable dcdc and being able to see and log this in the data would be really useful!

I would also be clearer if it were possible to add a “generic” digital input selection option to the list, so that with a custom display name this device could be used and be clear! i currently use “door alarm” but obviously having something called “door alarm” and yet be labelled “engine run signal” is not very clear….
