All going well except the Victron energy meter is lost in the VRM Portal..it was there at first when i forst powered it up…

I’ve tried literally everything to get it back, turning on and off, resetting, connecting direcly with a cable on Victron portal and VE connect..but it just can’t be seen by anything…tied all manner of different ve can and RJ 45 etc cables….it’s like it’s just totally locked out for some reason..other than fitting a new one.
The Can stoppers are in,and it was shooing on the system for the first hour, so the wiring was obviously OK and it was happy at one time! I wonder if there was a latest firmware update from the Cerbo, and it wasn’t included and now it’s just lost? Either way I can’t get in touch with it…and as we’re doing the system as ESS it is an essential part.
Spoke to the suppliers and he said is it set to 250Kps..I think this may be the problem..I had to set it to 500 Kps so the cerbo can talk to the battery..maybe I need to set VE can 1 and VE can 2 differently (i.e. the battery one to 500 kps and the meter one to 250 kps..assuming this is possible?)
