Have a victron system with 24 2V lead acid batteries, when sun is up system runs as it should from the panels but when it is night time or very cloudy the system cuts out when the batteries should take over. I have a back generator to feed system when needed, which is set to start up automatically when batteries have reached as certain %. However the system won’t discharge/ use batteries it just cuts out and says low battery wether generator has been use or not.
You are certainly hitting some low voltages there. Do you have the battery data sheet with charge and discharge curves, apart from the general sheet I can see on the wall? You should set up the charging with the Multiplus and let it control the solar. Do you have a cable to connect to the Multiplus? You will need Mk3 to USB to use with a computer.
Yes, but his high voltages are way above the programmed values too.
I’d say there is a weak connection , thin wires or bad fuse somewhere in the wiring.
No do you have something like this for the battery type and brand? You are using a victron gel setting that might not be correct. It looks like you may have dropped a cell. Can you check the voltage of all the cells?

I think you may need to do some testing with solar disconnected. As Ludo mentioned check the cables they may be loose or a fuse holder not installed correclty.
You can definitly see on the graph some solar goes into the battery in the morning and the voltage rises. I am not sure what the gap is in the morning in the data. It looks like your morning base load is about 400-500W then increases during the day.
It will be interesting to see what you find.
