My Victron/Freedom won system which worked perfectly well for a year is now not drawing sufficient PV to carry our load usage. The PV charges the battery to 100% then stops producing. The system then keeps the battery idle and draws our usage from the grid. During the night the system does not utilise the battery, instead keeps the battery charged to 70% and draws load from the grid. SOC is set at 30% and ESS set to Optimize without battery life. Our solar company has no idea what the problem is. Please assist

This has to do with scheduled charging in ESS.
The setting in each schedule for “Self-consumption above limit” needs to be set to “PV & Battery”
