Victron system in USA Motorhome

Here is our Victron setup in our Bluebird Wanderlodge motorhome.

Victron Quattro (European model) 240 volt 3000 12 volt set at 60 hertz

Victron Autotransformer to provide 2X hot and neutral line for 2X 120 volt legs.

2 X 330 ah Victron Smart Lithium batteries

Lynx BMS with Lynx Distributor

Victron Smart Solar MPPT 150/60

Victron Cerbo with touch screen

220 amp Battery Protect

Digital Multi Control

4 X 200 watt solar panels

I also carry an additional Autotransformer to connect to 120 volt shore power. This converts the 120 volt shore power to 240 volts for the Quattro.

Connected to the VE CAN are a Wakespeed 500 alternator regulator and a See Level NMEA2K tank monitor. These are visible on the touch screen.

The alternator charges only the lithium batteries. There are two lead acid batteries used only to start the diesel engine. They are charged by a Victron Blue Smart IP67 24 amp charger. It works great and keeps the batteries charged and completely isolated.

In addition there are Ruuvi Tags and a Mopeka LP gas sensor.

Have been running the basic system for over 2 years. Some things have been added or changed as we went along. Still have a few tweaks but very happy with the system.

Nice rig, have a cci 36ft toy hauling mh myself

Superb coach, I love it

Nice vehicle and an expandable roof.
Why not a ‘saddle roof construction’ that can be folded down while driving … as in the picture and folded up at the location.

I want something easy to use. The solar provides more than enough to keep the batteries charged when parked. If I was going for maximum solar I might do something like that. It has an 8K generator if needed.
