Hello everyone, I would be grateful for your help/tips
On my Ford Ranger 2022, wiring has been laid from the starter battery to the charging area - wiring is secure so far, fuse on the positive side intact. The DC-DC 1400 XS is connected to the starter battery via IN. A cable leads via the Out Plus and GND Minus to an Ecoflow Power Station 3 plus using XT60 - this can process 11-60V and 15A IN (max 500W). The Orion is set to supply mode with 30A in and 14.5A out as well as 34V out.
As soon as the connection is established between the Orion and the vehicle battery using the Anderson plug and the vehicle is running, the 14V of the alternator are displayed and the power station charges with just under 500W. After a few seconds, however, the process is canceled on the Orion app #4 is deactivated by remote on/off or BMS. If something is changed on the OUT voltage or current within the Orion app, it charges again for a few seconds and aborts with the same error. The remote switch LH is bridged with the original short cable. I cannot find the reason for the interruption. Do you have any tips on where I could start? The charging process takes between 20 seconds and max. 1 minute, depending on the situation. While driving, it can also happen that the current suddenly flows again. Could the alternator be the reason? In any case, there is 14+V at the input.
Many thanks for your help
Matt
P.S.: the device is on the latest FW 1.12
