Victron MultiPlus 12 500VA/20A Mains Not Switching or Charging

I’ve recently fitted a Victron MultiPlus 12 500VA/20 inveter charger; the inverter is working as expected, however, both the mains (and charger) are not working / automatically switching over under load. The system is saying “AC Input 1 Ignored”; I’ve tried a few different settings but still have made no progress.

Battery: 12v 85ah Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) lead-acid battery –> ABS LP85-L

Settings: Attached; based in UK, 230v/50hz

It seems that mains power is passing through and into the device @ 230v, but then not switching over when required (either under load or to charge).

Any help would be appreciated!

I’ve made some edits to do some testing under load; eg setting the switch limit to 1000w changeover to mains, but it overloads the inveter rather than changing over.

Perhaps I’ve done something wrong?
