Victron MPPT 50 controller

I have the above controller and the panels are putting out around 45v and 10 amps but controller is not showing any watts or amps when checked on the app.
I have put the multi meter on the connections as follows”

Battery Voltage – 13.5v
Battery Pos to Controller neg – 13.53v
Battery Neg to Controller pos – 16.25v
Controller voltage battery side – 16.25v
Battery to fuse in – 13.54v
Battery to fuse out 13.54v
All connections are tight.

This to me is indicating that the controller isn’t turning on because it thinks the battery is full. How do rectify this to get the correct voltage reading that matches the battery.

Thanks

Is your fuse not blown?
Testing voltage is not good enough. Is the polarity correct?

I have to say the two highlighted voltages are just plain weird.

Do you have an isolator in the system, has this failed open. You need to check voltage at every connection, both on the equipment terminal and the wiring lug.

Thanks for all the input. Problem sorted turned out to be a earth issue.
