Victron MP2 freeze after low battery alarm

I have three Victron MP2 installed to 3-phase system and three Pylontech US5000 battery. System works well about half of year, but now system give low battery alarm almost every day. I use dynamic ESS and max discharge power is 3500W and SOC low limit is set to 20%. What could be the problem? I have got low battery alarm sometimes at summer too, but Victron never before freeze after that. VRM show that connection is okay, but any value not change in dashboard and I can’t use remote console. I set low battery limit using VE.Config like Pylontech manual said, but must I set limit lower? I think that 3500W discharge power is not too much to three Pylontech US5000 battery.

DESS has a minor bug. When battery SOC is below “Minimum SOC unless grid fails” setting. DESS could not recover.

Cause is self consumption of the inverters which is not recognized by DESS. I call it vampire drain.

Resolve by temporarly switching to ESS, or set “Minimum SOC unless grid fails” below battery SOC while in DESS mode.

I will write more about this on the weekend along with a little script which fixes the problem unless fixed by victron.

It will work like this:

Thank you very much. Would it be fixed if set DESS “target SOC” value higher than “Minimum SOC unless grid fails” value.

Maybe with @dognose HACK and adhoc charge. For shure with manual charge via ESS (disable DESS) until battery SOC is high enough, than enable DESS again.
