My victron solar system is behaving strange and looks like it may have a bug as I have never had this behaviour before.
The system is fairly straightforward with 4 x multiplus units, pylontech batteries and panels with MPPTs, and all the loads on the output of the inverters and with an external meter at the input to DB (which is not really needed).
The system is set not to feed any excess power into the grid and it has been working fine for years.
The system is set to use the batteries until they are at 18% and then it starts to use grid power.
This morning I set the system to discharge the batteries to 10% as the batteries was at 18% and power was being drawn from the grid.
So the system should just continue using battery power until the batteries are at 10%, but that is not what happened.
The system started discharging the batteries to feed the home power of 2kw, but the system also started exporting 2kw to the grid, so discharging the batteries by 4kw. I then set the level to discharge the batteries to back to 18% and it stopped discharging the batteries and it stopped exporting to the grid. I then lowered the discharge point to 10% again, and it repeated the same behaviour where it then powers the house load, and also export about 2kw to the grid. I checked all metering and feed-in settings, played around with them, tested this another 5 or 6 times and I got exactly the same behaviour.
So with grid setpoint at 0w, grid feed-in disabled etc. it still kept on feeding back into the grid, an amount of power almost the same as what I was drawing in the house.
I enabled feed-in and set limits on that, but it also ignored that.
What could be the problem?
