Victron Connect does not detect my Multiplus via MK3 USB

I can configure my Multiplus on my laptop via MK3 USB using VE Connect.
When I try to do it using Victron Connect on my Android phone via MK3 USB, it doesn’t detect any device.
My Multiplus software version is 2610497.

From what I’ve read the 26 means it has a new microcontroller. It needs to firmware version 415 or higher; are the last three digits the firmware version: 497? If not, where do I find the firmware and how do I update it?

I’m so off grid that there’s no internet connection or mobile phone reception. If I need to download an update can I do it to my laptop or phone and then to the Multiplus?

2610497
26 = New procesor
10 = Multiplus 24v/3000Va/70A charger and 50A ac switch
497= Firmware version

Yes you can download an update
1/with your laptop (you need a MK3 USB) to update the multiplus, and “victron connect” for windows intalled on laptop.
2/ with your phone (you need to update the multiplus).
A/ a MK3 USB + an OTG USB and the app. “Victron connect.apk” installed on the phone.
The last firmware version is 522

Thanks Alain,
I found the problem; loose connection…
