Venus v3.53 - Low Battery Warning disables Batterery Charging

Hello,
i recently updated my Multiplus to Venus 3.53 (from 3.4X, can’t recall exactly). Now, since the update i saw that High-Battery Voltage Warnings vanishing, however, sometimes it happens that the batteries get drained to 20%, when that happens we get a Low-Battery Warning - as before. However, the system does NOT charge the batteries again unless i press one of the red reset buttons on the Pylontech batteries.

We have a scheduled event where we charge the batteries, and it will not charge the batteries unless someone resets the batteries by pressing that button. Hope this was helpful.

Best regards,
Oliver

Sound like a pylontec command problem. Was the battery in an idle state for along time at 20%?

No, our batteries get charged every night. Since the update, as soon as that low-voltage triggers when reaching the 20% SOC limit i have to
a. confirm the alarm
b. press the reset button on the batteries

Otherwise they will not charge up anymore, even if the scheduled charging event kicks in.

Previously it would trigger the low-voltage alarm, and just keep beeping as i would ignore the alarm, then the scheduled charging would recharge batteries and the alarm would end automatically.
