With the Pro 4PM all 4 channels are discovered. In settings, there is a device name and name for the channel. The channel names are used for the switches panel and the device name is use for the energy meter (see attached picture) is it possible to use the channel names for the energy meter, too please?
The RGBWW has two channels one for the RGB which is being discovered and one for WW which is missing.
I attached a few pictures for both topics, hoping that they are helpful…
Found a similar problem. I’ve been using the 12v dimmer switches (Shelly Plus RGBW PM ) which should have 4 channels / switches when in “white light” mode, but it only shows as a single channel so I cannot control lights 2-4.

Unfortunately, the name displayed in the ac load overview is the device name, which is of course the same for all channels of the Pro 4 pm device. I see this is a bit inconvenient for the ac loads overview. We’ll think about improving this in Venus OS 3.80.

The Shelly pro RGBWW PM is not officially supported (has not been tested by us). From the device API overview I would expect that only the RGB component and the first dimmer channel (for the light or rgbx2light profile) are supported.
There is currently no support for Shelly CCT devices. So this is why the WW channel won’t show up on your system. I’ll put this (and the multi dimmer channel support) on the list for features to add in Venus OS 3.80.
Would it be possible to please request support for the Shelly WS90 weather station in vrm 3.80? To be able to have local irradiance in VRM would be nice versus the more general solar irradiance forecast etc. It connects via BT to a Shelly switch etc.
