VE.Bus, randomly reboots for 1 minute, complete loss of power output during this time. There seems to be no pattern to when it happens.

Im having some issues with Multiplus 15kVA , not sure is it unit related but seems to be on few installs withMulti 15
We are unsure of the cause, this is the only unit we have with this issue, we think the unit maybe experiencing load spikes that are not visible on the data for example when using pumps, sometimes the inrush can cause an overload without the unit displaying an overload warning due to how fast the spike occurs.
