VE.Bus Error: VE.Bus Error 24: Switch-over system protection initiated

Hi Tabet,
Did you get any where solving your quattro error 24 issue. I have 9 of these quattros in 3 sets of 3 for 3 phase off grid supply to my workshop (only using 1 battery pack at the moment but hope to get another set working to use at home and keep the 3rd set for spares. It appears 2 sets have error code 24, one was working but error appeared when I started charging batteries (all batteries fully charged and load tested, in good condition) with a MPPT RS 450 200 from 4 strings of 9 440 watt panels (was a genset charged battery pack made by Off Grid Energy Grid to go GTG 1200, purchased 2nd hand). I made quite a detailed post under DIY but as yet have not had any replies. I had the same short you measured (Neutral to AC out 1)

So pulled a unit appart to check the relays - but found them all to be working and in good condition. I went on to test another 3 units and they were all the same - so according to the Victron diagnostic (from your previous reply - copy attached) they are all faulty but I do not think this is the case- I think the diagnostic test suggested by victron is poorly written and subject to mis interpretation. Attached are the multi meter results from the 3 units tested last week (same results for the one I pulled apart) - going to rebuild it and try in it stand along invert mode (not connected to color screen/cerbo and BMV 700) to see if it is a set up issue. Its an odd one as it was working, then the fault 24 became intermittant and now it is permanent (also one of the 3 quattros has a different flash pattern on the LED’s (video attached). Maybe if we solve your problem I will find the answers to mine. I made 4 posts starting with Connecting solar power to a recyled GTG1200-30-3 48V power bank with quattro output inverters - Q&A and troubleshooting / DESS - Victron Community.

Videos are a bit too big to attach. Will try slim them down a bit.
Please let me know if you have any progress.
