Hello everyone, i dont use alot of victron equipment but i need help on this one. We have recently installed a system in Togo Africa that has a Quatro 15 and a MPPT 450/200 with two lithium batteries. the system worked great for the last couple months but then i recieved the following error with the same low battery warning, even thought the batteries were not low. VE.Bus Error 24: Switch-over system protection initiated. Now every time we reset the inverter it brings this error up. Surly the system cant have faulted out and be back in 2 months.
i saw one previous post about this but there was never any procedure to fix it. any help is much needed and appreciated. thanks guys.

It has several causes. And you particularly need to make sure there is not a site problem so of you do get a replacement unit the error is not caused again.
Yes, thanks so much LX, i have read the manual a few times and passed on some “next steps” to our guys in Togo. Unfortunately i am not there but the system was working great for a couple months and now this. as i discover online with others, the solution never seems to be solved or found out as to why and theres no followups on this. we dont use alot of victron in our off grid installations and im starting to see why.
besides going through the couple steps of taking off loads and power supplies and testing again, anything else you got. the system is online if someones able to log in and check it out.
So out of l the people on this site and everyone that swears by victron, not one person can help me besides saying read the manual??? I did, multiple times. I dont use victron and probably wont again, This is a system that is installed for a school and seminary in togo west Africa, it sucks that it was installed and worked and now dosnt for some “UNKNOWN” reason. and the fact that no one can help with this equipment is disheartening to say the least. If this was a hospital or something else that had to have power no mater what i would really be furious, but in all honesty this is as important to those its serves as much as a hospital. The tech out there has reached out to the victron world and so have i but no help, no answers. anybody got anything else before i buy a different manfuacturers equipment and start using it.
