Update: This is not an issue, raising the system efficiency to 87% did work, the battery is longer used for self consumption. (0,1827/0,75 = 0,2436 plus battery cost is aproximately 0,2574). So system efficiency is used for charging and for discharaging as far as I can see.
Some strange thing I notice today, the sell price is 0,1827 and the buy price tomorrow morning is 0,2699. Despite that, DESS sells current PV energy to grid for the low sell price and buys electricity for consumption from grid tomorrow morning, while it would be more profitable to charge the current PV energy to battery and use it tomorrow morning.
DESS System Efficiency (/Settings/DynamicEss/SystemEfficiency) is set to 75% (still unclear if this is round trip or one way efficiency Is system efficiency same as roundtrip efficiency) as a test I raised it to 87%, which worked (see update below).
