Using a Victron MPPT 150/45 smart solar unit with a wind generator

Could I use a Victron MPPT 150/45 smart solar charge controller with a 400 W wind generator, emitting, via two wires, raw DV voltage, And, controlling the connection of a load resistor to the O/P of the Victron with external circuitry ( monitoring the battery voltage and controlling contactors ) when the batteries are fully charged.
