Unbalanced mppts solar power produced after 100% battery is reached

I have 3 mppts on my system. As long as I have not reached 100% charge on my batteries, then the 3 mppts all balance solar power production (same watts). But almost right after I make 100%, then mppt 3 makes the most, mppt 2 makes about the same or less watts, and mppt 1 makes almost nothing compared to 3&2. Any idea what this is about and of something needs an adjustment?

The generated power has to go somewhere, so instead, the MPPTs have to throttle back to just cover the loads.

Which MPPTs get throttled and when is something of a mystery to me, but the total wattage cannot exceed the loads on the inverter.

Unless you have ESS and are feeding back power to the grid.
