Swapped PylonTech batteries with Freedom Won ETower batteries

I recently changed batteries from a set up.

I have an 8kva Victron Multplus inverter

5 x Freedom Won ETower batteries

2 x 150/85 Smart Charge Controller

1 x 250/70 Smart Charge Controller

Last week I swapped PylonTech batteries with Freedom Won ETower batteries. The system was working till yesterday I noticed the batteries where stuck at 40% charge and the system is also stuck in absorption. The system is Off-grid but gets Ac input from a bigger system when the batteries are at 23%. Anyone to help sort out this.

Did you apply the new settings for the wons?
They are 16 cell not 15.like the pylons.
