Smart bmv show 90%——- the baterry blue toot show 35%—-and the inverter battery logo is low. the last 2 time i hade the generator on it show storage mode

I have the opposite problem.
My Fogstar battery BMS is reading 100% the Smart Shunt is reading 70%. The reason is that there has been a lot of small current, under 1amp, discharges and the BMS doesn’t see these.
I suspect that yours may have had a lot of small charges from solar or similar and the BMS has not seen these but the BMV has.
I ignore the SOC on the BMS as it always lies 
It may be a case of the shunt setting to 100% too early. If so, there is a DIY FAQ covering this common question, in the sticky post at the top of the DIY section.
The confusing thing is the inverter saying battery is low but generator showing battety is full.
i belive as the battery got lower it fix it self for now.
yes my solar is small just under 1000w and i have 600a battery bank.
