Starting Victron app shows immediate huge yield

Hi folks,

I have a strange issue with the Victron app. I have a Victron 100|50 smartsolar controller that I use with a Nurzviy 400 folding panel. It’s a portable set up. All wired up correctly.

The issue is when I turn on the fuse to connect the battery to the controller then flip on the DC breaker everything seem fine but the total yield from the panel immediately shows 1k or more. Today when I turn it all on it showed a yield of 10K right off the bat!

I re-set the history and within minutes the yield jumped back up. Any ideas why this is happening?

Perhaps you should connect the battery to the controller before connecting the controller to the panels?

Re-read my post, I turned the battery on first to the controller then flipped the dc breaker on.
