Hello everyone!
I’m new here and I want to ask for your help, if anyone is willing.
I have a system composed of Multiplus 2 (8kw), Fronius gen 24 (6kw) and Pylontech US5000 batteries (10kw).
After putting it into operation, I find that Fronius produces only 30wh from the panels, although there is strong sun, and the consumers are still powered by batteries. I specify that at Fronius I have limited the export to the network from its menu and from CerboGX, because I am not a prosumer.
Can someone help me with a solution?
Thank you in advance!
I have an ac-out connected Fronius as well - just works fine.
So, first thing: I wouldn’t assume a limit beeing in place on the victron side: Despite any settings that may kick in due to feed in limits, it would allow the Fronius to produce enough to cover current needs AND even charge the battery.
I first would check through the whole fronius menu and see if there is something visible on WHY the output is so low. (Does the display on the Fronius support this numbers? Or is it reporting higher production there?)
So, not the smartphone app, but visit http://InverterIP/ , login with bellow credentials and see if there are any settings that may cause limitations.

General Feed-In Limit and/or Limit when “Meter is disconnected”?
I don’t have this menu, because the Fronius inverter is Gen24 model, not Primo. I will deactivate export limitantion and I will camback.
Thanks for advice !
