I have a client who installed SRNE Lithium Ion battery with Quattro Inverter. The installer installed as open loop connection. Client observed battery parameters doesn’t correspond and Inverter shutdown at 15% SOC while SRNE battery still displays 40%.
Kindly advise what CAN cable to recommend for a close loop connection.

The Quattro isn’t CAN, so won’t communicate with the batteries. You’ll need a GX device… beyond that, since the batteries aren’t Victron-supported, you’d need to work with the battery manufacturer to see about their recommendations (if possible) for establishing connection with the GX device.
