A couple of times in recent weeks I’ve opened my laptop to a browser window with the Cerbo GX remote console open, and a number of red warning notifications visible, like “Smartshunt 500A … [x Silence Alarm]” but no further details (eg, which alarm or warning condition is reported); and when I dismiss them, there is nothing listed on the notifications page, no events in Alarm Logs on VRM, and no mobile alerts received.
As far as I can recall this has only happened when my laptop has gone to sleep with the GX dashboard webpage showing, but I don’t know with certainty that that’s a cause. Is this a known thing?
I do also get legitimate alerts, for example both VRM and the GX dashboard have recorded actual entries for an incident a month ago when a data cable was unplugged leading to a temporary loss of communications between components.
