Hello. I try to set up a spit phase with 2 quattros with out MK3-USB adapter.
I have Gerbo GX. Can it be done ?
I dont want to spend $70 for adapter that i will use maybe just once.
I tired to set up using dip switches - for some reason it did not work ( swithces 1-2 ) and pushing up ( step 1) and then down (step 2)buttons only on master unit as per manual
I tried to upload configuration form VE. bus configurator using VRM portal - this extension file is not accepted.
I do not see option to turn on split phase with configuration file i am able to download from inverter. .rvsc extension
Any help?
can someone share .rvsc file with split configuration for 48/5000/120/ 70 amps charger so i can try to upload it to master inverter and see if that will work.
Thank you.
Unfortunately that’s not possible, you need a MK3 interface for the initial setup.
Using a config file from another system also doesn’t work, I already tried that.
Thank you for the information.
Already ordered expensive POJ.
Out of curiosity why this is not widely published information that a person HAS to have this for initial split set up? ( some sources stated that gerbo is all a person need) what is the point of dip switches that can not be used … so many questions… hope i will be more fun on Victorn once i set everything up, as of right now - bunch of ads and promoting but not very much of actually useful information.
If you search how to set up a split-phase, 3-phase or parallel Victron system you should find quickly that a MK3 is needed.
