Hello, I am wondering if it is possible to have a 3 phase system charge with just 2 phases? If so how would I make that happen. I live in an area of the world where phases sometimes go out completely or the voltage drops so low(even with a stabilizer) on one phase that the system disconnects. I have 3 quattros (each one connected to one phase) connected to a cerbo-s gx. I saw where some people were saying something about turning off charge as group, but I don’t see that in my configuration.
Switch as a group is an option in ve system/quick configurator when you originally create the 3-phase config, it isn’t a normal setting in veconfigure.
It does not work with ESS, so that is the trade off.
Ok. I did not set up my system originally. I had a friend do it. So I am learning all of this. Does the quick configurator have to have the computer connected? I’m not seeing a way to upload it like with system configurator.
If you have downloaded the config through the vrm on tour computer, you upload with the vrm as well.
Sorry. I might have used the wrong word there. I am familiar with ve configurator. I’ve played around with the voltage settings in it several times trying to get as much as I can out of it when the voltage drops. What I am saying is on the quick configurator I don’t see a way to upload the settings into the quick configurator like I would in the ve configurator. Is that because the quick configurator has to have a cord connected to the computer to find it or is there something I’m missing in the quick configurator?
