SolarEdge and ESS system

Hello everyone, in this system (see images) the Victron SmartSolar MPPTs are reducing their power output because the SolarEdge SE6000-H system is already meeting the demand. This leads to less energy being exported to the grid from the SolarEdge system, which in turn reduces the client’s revenue. Essentially, the two systems are “competing” to supply the loads, and the Victron system is backing off when it sees the SolarEdge system handling things.
There is a ET340 with 2.1.2. System examples configuration from manual.
How do I fix the issue? I tried changing parameters but no solution was found.
Attached some images:

  1. Victron producing only 880W and SE been used for loads and export
  2. Victron stopped producing

Did you allow ac pv and dc pv grid feed in in the settings?

I can not allow DC feed in… AC feed in is active.

Ok is that your country regulation?

Yes, I wish we could send that energy as well but it is not possibile. I tried just to see and it spiked 10 kW to the grid in a matter of minutes

I dont think you can solve this… because the system cant control the solaredge output, but only the mppt’s and the solaredge is feeding critical loads now

That’s what I imagined… Do you think I could change how the loads are shown? Or is it directly related to the ESS configuration?
Oh and btw really appreciated a quick response  thanks!

Its related to ess settings/dc grid feed in
Dont think it matters if you change loads as shown, it measures grid and sees ac feed in and loads powered (from ac pv)
