Solar Edge Modbus limiting intermittent

Hello gentlemen.
After long time i am reaching to you because i cant figure out what can be causing this.
System : 12xMultiplus II 5000 + SolarEdge 3- phase AC coupled inverter.
System is performing awesomely but i have one slight issue. I am using it in ESS Mode and then PowerLimiting via Sunspec when batteries are charged.
But last month bill came by for exceeding allowed feed-in and not by little but more than twice from allowed.
Here is screen from the system :

It usually works fine but this happened few times during one month that PV Inverter Limit just disappeared.

And it disappeared in the night and also came back at next nigh after almost 24h.
Did any of you encounter this ? Fees for exceeding allowed Feed-In power are kind of steep so i need to solve this.

Solving it entirely would require the inverter to disconnect or switch to inverting when the batteries are close to full.

Another otpion is to switch the phase compensation to individual phase and test and see if that helps but the most sure way is a disconnect when you know the feedback conditions are happening.

That is what i am affraid of. I will start making some NodeRed flow to take care of it. But i take it more like bandaid then solution.

It would be great if somebody from victron would notice this. Because value entirely disappearing even in VRM seems like it stops being published to the D-Bus and that seems like software issue. All other values about PV inverter like voltage current power and so on were still being published so connection was up .

Also what i had trouble with is that it is not great idea to try to connect back to grid when batteries are full or close to full. Even when modbus limiting is enqbled it does not use it while off-grid and even when i force PV limit to 0 or disable pv inverter via node Red the Cerbo uses phaseShift to archieve that . So in the moment Multi wants to sync to grid and wants to lower the frequency the PV inverter starts pushing full power to already full battery which can push voltage too high in LFP.

So that would be also good idea to make separate node for Modbus limit to be able to safely shut down PV before we throw a switch .

There is something under development there is a thread or two related to better controls.

So today it happened again… It went again pretty high before i noticed it so i can expect another fee from grid operator. Is there any way to get attention of SW team at Victron ? I managed to snap some screenshots quickly before i restarted cerbo and that fixed it for now but i have lost my trust into it.

It was showing that Running (Throttled) but value when i scroll down was missing. Also in the advanced view there is no history of pv inverter limit from 2AM untill restart.

Disconnecting from the grid is not prefered because we can still sell electricity up to 20kW even when batteries full. So we would loose 1/2 of days production this way.
