Hello.
Recently i have switched all my loads to outputs of Multi’s and also have AC Coupled SolarEdge connected at AC-Out. But i have noticed that Power limit stopped working properly. Batteries are fully charged and load is much under Grid Offset and Solar edge is still producing. In its info page i see that cerbo is asking full power of the inverter . Which does not make sense as it should be disabled in this situation. I have lowered power manually in SE to not feed to grid (not allowed).
Has the Ac Out side WR and power been entered in the ESS menu?
Have you enabled or somehow limited the feed-in from the AC Out?
How does the Cerbo communicate with the Solar Edge?
- Yes i have loaded modified assistant into master of each phase. Into L1 i have put that there is PV on AC out with power and frequencies for frequency slifting . In L2 and L3 master there was just if there is pv present on AC out or not.
- In cerbo setting there is AC coupled solar feed in disabled and also Max feed in power 0w .
- It is communicating via Modbus TCP (sunspec) also power is limited via it - in PV inverter menu in Cerbo there is option for Power limiting via SunSpec.
This was working before when i had connected only AC in to the inverters. But higher grid offsed was needed to archieve no grid feed in.
Now it seems it just turns on pv for highest power and then quickly disables it when it feeds into grid. And this continues over and over again.
Did you select the total PV power in the master menu or only 1/3 of the power … because only L1 …
“This was working before when i had connected only AC in to the inverters.” Meaning … you only had the Sunspec on the AC out … and your house was still on the AC in …
No i have put full PV power into assistant. As written in manual.
And No i had both PV inverter and loads on AC In and was measuring power with CG RS485 meter. That is connected even now but i have switched measuring to Inverter/charger . Changing it back to grid meter did not make any difference.
