Hopefully someone else will be along, you could ask a targetted question about disabling ESS.

Could you also try other settings such as Active SOC limit = 100%, swap the mode to keep battery at 100%. As I said, I do not know ESS, my experience is off grid marine and vehicles where we do not use this.

its about 5pm here and the battery got up to 92, so maybe its a natural modulation throughout the week. I’ll keep monitoring. I may try that setting change you recommended.
