SmartSolar MPPT100/30 TX load output control behaviour: user profile 2

Hi. Newbee here.

I own the above charger, 12V system, ~500Wp (config 3Par) PV panels, charges 100Ah lifepo4 with BMS along with 2kW dc/ac inverter charger.

A transistor driven relay is connected to TX port, virtual load output is set in app and user configuration 2 selected with voltage band on/off criteria. On above 13.85V and lower 14,4V, off otherwise.

There is a hot water heater control box connected to TX relay, this switches a 12V heating element on in the above case, which works.

Question:

when there is no noticeable PV current (vehicle in garage) but battery very full (vehicle plugged into AC land line and continously charging battery), will tx port switch the tx relay on, when in-between the above voltage levels?

I was surprised that I had warm water the last days I was visiting the vehicle and the 12v element was drawing “solar”power, although it is garaged with basically no solar.

Is there an issue in configuration?

I was thinking that configuring streetlights off, virtual load output on and choosing user load 2 algorithm would suffice, that only when there is solar current the output will be set…

Thanks
