Smartsolar 100/20 and Victron Connect

I just built a portable battery pack to run a fridge and some lights when 4x4 camping. It has Orion XS, Smartshunt and Smartsolar 100/20 used with portable PV panels.

All components networked and it runs well. I have it wired so that all components are powered down by an isolator when not in use as the vehicle is only used at weekends.

My query relates to the Victron Connect interface and Smartsolar 100/20. The parameters selected for the Trends screen reset to “none” everytime I restart the Victron Connect app and connect to it. The Orion XS and Smartshunt GUIs don’t do this and remember their parameter selections.

Is this a software bug or have I missed a setting somewhere?

My MPPT does the same, sometimes it does remember but not very often. My very un educated guess is that this is normal. Maybe a bug in the app they have to take a look at.

Thanks for your reply. I subsequently found that it also happens on my Orion XS when powered off for a few days. Speculating this is either a bug or a memory buffer issue. I can easily reconfigure my system so the devices are not isolated from the house battery when the system is not in use. Will see what happens. They have quite low standby current so hopefully will not drain my battery too fast.
