Smart Solar 75/15 not charging fully

Hi I have two SmartSolar 75/15 each being supplied by a CIGS 140ah panel.
Both controllers are reading 14.6v with the battery reading 13.3v and have stopped charging.
Can anybody any ideas

Wiring too thin
Bad connectors
Fuses or circuit breakers

Check where you are losing voltage, ofc on plus and minus wiring

Thanks found a faulty spade same voltage at both ends now
