I have a ip65 500A smart shunt.
Battery bank is 720AH 24v (#12, 6volt 240ah batteries in series/parallel).
Settings is capacity 720ah, tension 26.2v, but on the display I have 13,1 volt and not 26.2v.
How can I have the correct tension?

I guess you mean the “charged voltage” setting. This is the voltage at which the shunt considers the battery as fully charged (plus tail current and time delay). This does not define if the connected battery is 12V or 24V. The shunt shows the voltage it measures, so if it only sees 12V in a 24V system then something is connected wrong. My guess is Aux+ and Vbat+ are crossed over, or they are both measuring the battery bank midpoint
Ok. Thanks
