Smart shunt not connecting to 3rd party display via nmea2k

I have an electric powered boat with a vetus multifunction display, on start up the display does not show any battery info unless the cerbo is rebooted or battery redetected, vetus suggest a handshake issue between the cerbo and the MFD. smart shunt is fitted swell as the batteries own shunt from REC, same issue when either shunt is used as the data source for the MFD,

any suggestions ?

Please more Informations of your setup.
