Smart MPPT 100-30 Update v1.67 #2 Battery high voltage

Yesterday I updated my System to v3.70 5 and did some updates on my MPPT via VRM. After the updates finished one of my MPPT 100-30 came up with a message # Battery high Voltage. The voltage has not changed and is around 13,2V but is shown on the MPPT a battery voltage of 65,54V - no PV was present.
i downgraded to v1.64 but than message #116 calibration data lost occured.

I did a reset and put off all cables - without any success. Any Idea what I can do?

Cheers Dirk

The error is on the MPPT itself and has nothing to do with the GX beta?

Downgrade the beta as well.

But it seems your troubleshooting needs to be mppt related.

Remove the mppt from the GX the do the pre rma testing.

Hi, Betas can have issues, always revert to a prod version to check if it is a new issue.
Beta topics need to be posted on the beta category, where many items are already documented, so be sure to keep up to date on the release notes and related posts.
Please avoid posting beta related questions on the main sections.
Thanks.

i summarized what i did- reversed beta version as well witout any success . I pretty sure its an MPPT issue therefore I raised the question with dedicated headline here

ok, the topic said you rolled back the mppt firmware. It was not clear the GX had been reverted as well.

Hi Dirk,

This looks like a hardware problem with the MPPT that manifested itself after the upgrade. Please file a support request to RMA the MPPT: Need support? - Victron Energy

With kind regards,
Thiemo van Engelen

Thanks Thiemo - send it for RMA
